The Demise BHO’s Web of Deceit

In his final scene of Shakespeare’s play, Richard the Third, King Richard, lying in writhing physical and psychic pain over all the battles lost, screams, "A horse, a horse, my kingdom for a horse!"

King Richard lost his kingdom and he got no horse. In his final scene, he no longer had any subjects, followers, allies or friends. The people of England were no longer fooled by his tangled web of deceptions.

Like King Richard, Barrack Hussein Obama is about to lose a series of major battles, starting in Madisonville, Tennessee, on April 20, 2010. The looming loses for BHO have been foretold for anyone who cared to listen.

We have all seen how, as a result of BHO's incompetence in handling the BP Oil Spill, once such fanatical BHO supporters like Carville, Brazille and Olbermann are now clamoring to criticize the BHO administration.

However, it is far more threatening when local County officials like the Mayor of Champaign, Illinois openly question BHO because it is in the Courts of these local Counties where BHO will finally be brought to justice by 25 true Patriot on a Citizens Grand Jury.

When the Mayor of Champaign, Illinois, the home of the major State University in his Home State, questioned the validity of BHO’s citizenship, it became clear that BHO has credibility problems with those who really know him. Incidentally, the Mayor is a former Police Officer and Chief of Police in Champaign. Mayor Schweighart does not think that BHO is a citizen of the United States. He may be right about that, but, to my mind, the facts surrounding BHO’s birthplace are immaterial.

Being that his father Barrack Hussein Obama Sr. was a British/Kenyan subject (citizen) at the time of his birth, Barrack Hussein Obama Jr., by his own admissions, is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States; and, thus, BHO Jr. is not Constitutionally qualified to be the President of the United States, regardless of where he was born.

When I first began writing about the "Natural Born Citizen" qualification for the Presidency, few lawyers had an understanding of what I meant. Fewer still, had read the basis for that Constitutional language derived by our Founding Fathers from Vattel’s Law of Nations. At the time of its publication, Vattel’s Law of Nations was used as a textbook in colleges in the United States and Europe. Furthermore, it was the principal legal treatise used by our Founding Fathers in writing our Constitution. To this day, the Law of Nations is still used as a reference text by such legal scholars as Justice Antonin Scalia.

The following is the passage from Law of Nations that was used as the definition for a Natural Born Citizen by our Founding Fathers:

The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.

Barrack Hussein Obama’s father was not a citizen of the United States. Consequently, BHO is not a Natural Born Citizen and is not qualified to be the President of the United States according to the Presidential Qualifications Clause of Article II Section 1 of our Constitution. As Sir Walter Scott said, "O, what a tangled web we weave when first we practise to deceive!" That is Barrack Hussein Obama’s predicament, he is lost in his own tangled web of deceit; and, like King Richard in his final lost battle, BHO no way out.
Our Founding Fathers gave us a Bill of Rights that insures us with the method to regain control of our Government, the Citizens Grand Jury which provides We the People with the power to Indict Corrupt Politicians with or without the approval of any judge or district attorney.

These 12 Simple Steps are the way Patriots can use our Bill of Rights to keep control of the Government and to Clean up Corruption in government:

1) Advertise and Promote the Fact that you are forming a Grand Jury in Blogs, Local Newspapers and Community Organizations.

As I write this account of my Family’s “ordeal,” I am afraid. Afraid not for myself, but for my Family and the Families of Good Patriotic Americans all across America. Afraid that my account will make other Patriots afraid to act on the Bill of Rights that were bestowed upon us by our Founding Fathers.

Remember that glorious final scene in the movie, “Witness” wherein Harrison Ford armed with nothing more than the Truth and the support of the peaceful Amish stared down the Criminally Corrupt police chief and said, “What are you going to do, kill us all?”

Despite my “ordeal” and the oppression of the BHO regime, I still believe that if we do as Ben Franklin said, “hang together,” We will prevail in our struggle to restore the Rule of Law in our Nation. After all, we have something that Ben did not have at the time he urged his fellow Patriots to “hang together,” a Constitution, a Bill of Rights and a 4th Branch of Government, a Citizens Grand Jury system.

I am an entertainment lawyer who took an interest in Constitutional Law after seeing BHO steal the primary elections from the Democrat Party in 2008. I heard Former President Bill Clinton say that the qualifications for the Presidency are contained in the Constitution. I heard Chief Justice John Roberts say, “Read the Constitution. It’s not that hard to understand.”

I read everything that Phil Berg, Leo Donofrio, Mario Apuzo, Dr. Sam Sewell, Larry Wells and Orly Taitz wrote on the ineligibility of BHO. I communicated with all of them. I wrote my first essay on the Constitution for Orly’s original Blog. For weeks, I spoke with and/or communicated with Orly almost every day. My daughter, Olivia, and I attended the National Religious Broadcasters Convention as her quests. I wrote legal briefs and motions for Orly.

In my humble opinion, the most important thing I did for Orly was research and write about the 4th Branch of Government, our Citzens Grand Jury system. Thereafter, Orly organized a Citizens Grand Jury in Georgia. Although Orly’s Grand Jury process was flawed from the formation, it did serve a very important purpose. It publicized the Citizens Grand Jury process.

Thereafter, Orly got involved with Lt. Easterling and began to espouse actions with which I did not agree. Leo Donofrio wrote about the Easterling episode on his Blog for those unfamiliar with the details of the Easterling story.

Frankly, I was afraid that Orly and everyone associated with her would be arrested as a result of the things that she was doing in connection with Easterling. I chose to cut off my communication with Orly, but continue working within our Constitutional framework to assist in the formation of Citizens Grand Juries all across America.

Being that I was abiding by our Constitution and advocating against anything and everything associated with a call to violent “Revolution,” I was shocked when I was first arrested in May of 2009 on false charges. My “ordeal” at the hands of Criminally Corrupt BHO supporters in Nashville has been documented on the websites listed below for those interested in the details.

I hasten to add that, although my Family has been terrorized by Criminally Corrupt BHO supporters in Nashville, We the People still have our Bills of Rights. Consequently, I am still able to exercise my right to Freedom of Speech, Freedom to Assemble and Freedom to Form Citizen Grand Juries, at least, for now.

However, to speak colloquially, What you don’t Use, you will Lose. Thus, I once again urge all Patriots to form Citizen Grand Juries and regain control of Our government before it is too late.

Nashville Judge Gloria Dumas is preparing to fight when she faces a rare ethics trial before a court of fellow judges.
On Wednesday, her lawyers tried unsuccessfully to limit the evidence being gathered for that trial.
The misconduct charges stem from an exclusive NewsChannel 5 investigation.
While Dumas carried on with business as usual in her own courtroom, attorneys for the court that regulates Tennessee judges sparred with Dumas' own lawyers over evidence for her upcoming ethics trial.
"Judge Dumas is entitled to be treated like any other litigant in a civil procedure," one of her lawyers, Bill Farmer, argued in a hearing before Judge Don Ash, presiding judge for the Tennessee Court of the Judiciary.
The charges were prompted by our NewsChannel 5 investigation that caught Dumas repeatedly showing up for work late, using defense attorneys to hear her cases for her, even hiring her own daughter in violation of nepotism rules.
"Was she given a chance to settle this quietly?" NewsChannel 5 Investigates asked her lead attorney, retired appellate judge Ben Cantrell.
"I don't know what you would call quietly," Cantrell answered, "and I can't tell you anything about that."
In November 2008, Dumas admitted to us that she has sometimes been late to court.
"I'm not going to tell you I don't have issues with being late. I'm not going to tell you I haven't all my life had issues with being late," she said.
She also acknowledged hiring her daughter as a court officer.
"And what made you think that she could do the job?" NewsChannel 5 Investigates asked.
"'Cause she's very smart," Dumas said.
Still, her attorneys have even balked at answering basic evidentiary requests, such as one to "produce any documents identifying you as a judge."
"So is that a burden to answer that?" Ash asked Cantrell.
"It is a burden to answer it, yes," the lawyer responded.
The Court of the Judiciary's disciplinary counsel, Steve Daniel, said: "There has been no response to the discovery request, and we've got a trial in less than 45 days."
In the end, Ash ordered Dumas to produce most of what was being requested.
"Sure, we'd love to settle it without having to go through a trial," Cantrell said after the hearing, but he still wasn't ready to concede.
"Would you be willing to accept some sort of reprimand?" NewsChannel 5 Investigates asked.
I don't know," Cantrell answered. "I'd have to ask her."
"Have you asked her?" we wanted to know.
"No," the lawyer said.
In two other cases, judges who were the subject of our investigations did negotiate private reprimands that they later volunteered to make public.
In fact, standard procedure is that Judge Dumas also would have been offered a chance to settle before it headed to trial.
Right now, her trial is set for April.
The Court of the Judiciary could impose some sort of reprimand or, worst case, recommend to the legislature that she be impeached.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A federal judge's ruling has cleared the way for defendants in Trousdale County to sue over the way the county sets bail.

U.S. District Judge Todd Campbell in Nashville granted class action status last week to a lawsuit filed by attorney Jerry Gonzalez on behalf of William Tate and others with similar complaints.
The lawsuit contends the county's process of setting bail is unconstitutional in that it is "arbitrary" and doesn't individually review each case to determine if a defendant poses a flight risk.

The Trousdale lawsuit is one of several filed by Gonzalez.
Settlements were made in Wilson and Rutherford counties.
A lawsuit is pending in McNairy County, and Gonzalez said he plans to file one against Sumner County.
An attorney representing Trousdale County had no comment on the judge's ruling.

General Sessions Judge Gloria Dumas is fighting back against charges she’s been perpetually late and abusing the use of special judges in the court, saying she’s been singled out for punishment for something many other judges do.

Dumas asked in court filings this afternoon that the misconduct charges brought against her by the Tennessee Court of the Judiciary be dismissed. She also asked that she be excused from providing documentation of where she parks her car for work and what time she’s opened court each day since January 2007, saying the request from the disciplinary counsel for the judicial oversight board is “unduly burdensome.”

The rare public charges were leveled against Dumas in September, alleging that Dumas overused a statute that allows judges to occasionally appoint a replacement by appointing someone to handle her docket 33 times in 2008 and 12 times between January and March of this year, with many of the appointments going to the same attorney. The filing doesn't say who that attorney was.

The court also alleges that Dumas is consistently late for the 9 a.m. docket while citizens are waiting to be heard. She also was rebuked for hiring her own daughter as a court officer.

"It is alleged that by her frequent absence from her duties as General Sessions Judge, Judge Dumas has willfully failed to 'devote full time to the duties of such office,'" Joseph Daniel, disciplinary counsel for the Tennessee Court of the Judiciary, wrote in the report.

Dumas, who has been an elected judge in Nashville since 1998, responded by saying that it’s typical for judges to start late to allow the attorneys time to confer and arrange plea deals before hearings.

She also leveled accusations of her own against the attorney who filed the charges on behalf of the Court of the Judiciary, saying she has been singled out for punishment for the practice of starting late despite the fact that it’s common in general sessions courts.

“(Dumas) would show to the Court that this arbitrary application of the law to her alone amounts to selective enforcement of the statute and violates her rights to equal protection guaranteed by the state and federal constitutions,” the court filing says.

Dumas also alleged that the special judges she’s appointed have been threatened if they didn’t agree to testify against her, and says the court obtained confidential information about her use of the parking garage.

Dumas is represented by Ben Cantrell, who retired as the presiding judge in the Middle Section of the Tennessee Court of Appeals in 2003 after 23 years on the appellate bench.

Cantrell could not be reached for comment.

Though the Court of the Judiciary cannot remove a person from office, they can issue a public reprimand, a suspension, or recommend removal of a judge. Actually removing a judge would require an act of the Legislature.

3 At the Belle Meade AA meetings, the women say that Karl Dean & his wife made their reported $100 million fortune by laundering drug money for the Firm (Bass, Berry & Sims) with Karl fixing the cases when he was Public Defender in Nashville. According to a law school pal who worked as a DEA agent, Bass, Berry & Sims is the largest drug money laundering firm in the Southeast. The money laundering trials of Bass, Berry & Sims are a matter of public record. Several prominent Dems & Rinos work there, including former Tenn Democrat party Chairman Dick Lodge. All the Dems are close friends of Al Gore.

4 The Al Farooq is not the first child molestation scandal the DA Torry Johnson has covered up. TJ has been covering up for Catholic Priest molesters for 25 years. There have been several civil suits that have failed because Torry Johnson. Both Johnson & John Sigenthaller (Chairman Tennessean) are influential Catholics. The two of them have been very successful using the newspaper to cover up sex crimes committed by Catholic Priests in Nashville.

Subornation of perjury in Leo Haffey Case

Subornation of perjury is a legal term describing the crime of persuading another to commit perjury.

Leo Haffey’s wife has reported to me that she was pressured, threatened and intimidated by a lawyer in Nashville who was a neighbor of Leo’s, Brent Horst. Mr. Horst wanted
Leo's wife to make false reports to authorities and file charges against her husband that were not truthful.

I have read two written accounts of what happened and I have verified with Leo's wife that she wrote these accounts. I have also interviewed Leo's wife and she has made it very clear that she was pressured to exaggerate an incident and file reports with law enforcement and the courts that she would not have said or done on her own.

In addition to the false charges that were the subject of threats and intimidation aimed at Leo's wife, Brent Horst, his wife, and another neighbor are also accused of making false charges of their own in a separate cases.

Leo's wife says in part: “Evidence clearly shows that certain Nashville Policemen and a former assistant district attorney conspired with Obama supporters to file FALSE charges against my husband in an effort to try and stop him from exercising his Constitutional Right to speak out against Obama. Please help me prevent the Obama campaign from TERRORIZING other families."

Now why has this not been investigated? There is no doubt that these events happened. Leo is in jail. The attorney neighbor has not been asked to explain his behavior nor has he been charged or arrested for subornation of perjury.

I have the documents written by Leo's wife who are addressed to D.A. Torry Johnson's office in Nashville and to the “press”. I do not have proof that these documents were ever delivered to Mr. Johnson.

My wife and I, who are Family Therapists and clergy, have been working with the Haffey family and we will eagerly sign an affidavit as to the content of our interview with Leo's wife and provide the documents in our possession to proper authorities.

Over at the "Post and eMail", unlicensed "pastoral counselor" Sam Sewell (aka "Captain Steve" and "Aristotle the Hun") of "The Steady Drip" takes time from jacking off on his Mensa membership card to comment on this case. Basically "Leo the Lawyer" hangs around with the Fantasy Tiddlywinks League, and has stated before that citizens can: "indict a ham sandwich or a Barrack Obama. If a patriot had evidence of a crime committed by the 2008 BO campaign and that patriot presented said evidence to a sympathetic Grand Jury with a charge of conspiracy to commit said crime against Barrack Obama, that patriot could get BO indicted like that proverbial ham sandwich." A ham sandwich however, usually has more legal knowledge and skills than the average birther though. In a nushell, Leo Haffey claims to be an Entertainment Lawyer in "Liberal" Nashville, who also claims to have been a strong democrat before Obama came along. He claims he was being charged with harassment of neighbors, vehicular assault and child molestation are simply to cover up his involvement with the Fantasy Tiddlywinks League. The fact he was being held at a mental health faculty and was refusing to take anti-psychotic medication may more indicative of the reality of the situation. And the fact he's being championed by Sam Sewell, John Charlton, and "Citizen" Larry Wells doesn't help his case any.

My first contact with Leo the Lawyer (Leo Haffey) was back on March 27th of 2009. I had discovered a post on a forum that struck me as “brass tacks” straight line reasoning with inescapable conclusions. I posted it on my blog “The Steady Drip. I had been blogging about the power of Citizen Grand Juries to directly counteract the conspiracy of the government against the people. Leo quickly understood the legal theory and the supporting Constitutional Provisions and case law.

The very next day this blockbuster headline grabbed my attention: Barack Hussein Obama Indicted in GA. Carl Swenson at http://www.riseupforamerica.com/ had scooped everybody and without warning had empanelled a Citizen Grand Jury and acted while the rest of us were still arguing legal theory.

From that point forward Leo and I corresponded on a regular basis. I became National Spokesperson for American Grand Jury and Leo advised me, and collaborated with other leaders in the Citizen Grand Jury movement while writing some of the early motions.

On April 29th I got a cryptic email from Leo “Where the Bodies R Buried in Tennessee?” The email had a link to a RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) case concerning the Federal Communications Commission and the Federal Election Commission. This was an issue Leo was working on in Nashville having to do with missing computers from the Nashville Elections Commission. I didn’t understand it, and I didn’t respond.

On April 30th Leo’s next email seemed hastily composed and was confusing: “Mayor, Police Chief, Former VP & Nashville DA. Next Door Neighbor CRIMINAL LAWYER Brent Horst. If anything happens to me those are the suspects. PI Grady Vaughn has more details. Keep the Faith, Leo Haffey.

At least I now knew Leo’s real name. However I was beginning to suspect that Leo wasn’t just brilliant but maybe a little weird. Less than an hour later I got this email “Have surveillance cameras surrounding my house. I have video of Nashville PD and neighbor, Nashville CRIMINAL lawyer Brent Horst, harassing me, my wife and my daughter.”

My day job is as a psychotherapist. My red flags pop up when people start claiming that folks are out to get them. Yet Leo made it clear that he had video evidence of police harassment. Next Leo sent me several news links along with this message: “These seemingly petty burglaries are to the Nashville BO Campaign what Watergate was to the Nixon Campaign.” Since delusions of persecution are not reported by the news media, I decided I should start paying attention to the corruption and police intimidation situation Leo faced in Nashville.

At 8:54 PM on May 2nd I got this email from Leo’s 11 year old daughter: “my dad was arrested and he said if he was, that i should email you.” At 4:05 Am I get this email from Leo: “Don't report this because I don't want any Grand Jury members to be scared off by this Police harassment, but please add judge Thomas w. Brothers, Brent & Tracy Horst of 6953 Highland Park Dr. Nashville, TN to the list of co-conspirators along with, Mayor Dean, Police Chief Serpas and District Attorney Johnson. Those are the people for the Constitutional Grand Jury to indict, along with BO, in Nashville. Keep the Faith, Leo P. Haffey”

One could easily forgive Leo if at this point he reacted to the intimidation by keeping his mouth shut and presenting a low profile. Not Leo! The next email said: “Please have the Grand Jury Foremen in Tennessee contact me. I want to present evidence against all the co-conspirators in Tennessee that I know about. Keep the Faith, Leo Haffey.” Leo might have been brave enough to testify to a Citizen Grand Jury in Nashville but there wasn’t one in existence. It wasn’t until June 18, that I was able to announce
NASHVILLE CITIZEN'S GRAND JURY FORMING!

I told Leo that there was not Citizen’s Grand Jury in Nashville yet. Rather than thinking he was out of ammo, later on May 3rd Leo asked me to post this message on my blog:
Co-conspirators Tom w. Brothers, Karl Dean, Ronal Serpas, & Torry got my neighbor the CRIMINAL Lawyer Brent Horst & his wife Tracy to file false charges.
But it backfired on all of them. My daughter is doing fine. Isn't she Great! Thanks for your help! That is all I can say at this point. Other than:

It is very important that Patriots know to do this:
1) Find the CROOKED politicians in your City or Town that supported BO.
2) Link these CROOKED politicians to crimes committed by the BO Campaign.
3) Charge CROOKED politicians and BO as co-conspirators in the commission of campaign crimes, and you have a Criminal Case against BO that can be prosecuted in Court in your County Seat.
4) Of course, you add all the other Crimes that BO committed elsewhere to your INDICTMENT also. But to prosecute BO in your State, you have to link him as a co-conspirator to crimes committed in your State.

I have a stat counter on my blog. I was able to detect the hits coming from Nashville. Leo was really rattling the monkey cage of some big monkeys. Over the next few days I got dozens of emails documenting the evidence and suspicions Leo had about corruption in Nashville. He asked me to act as a depository for all of his evidence because he wasn’t sure he would be able to protect his documents, and he had some serious concerns about his own life being in jeopardy.
Over the next few days there were reports of unmarked and marked police vehicles parked outside Leo’s house. I didn’t realize it, but Leo had also been working on the child abuse and molestation activity at a local mosque. Pam Geller at Atlas Shrugs really blew the lid of that case, but nothing was done and children remain in danger. I posted this notice on a blog in Nashville:
The power elite in Nashville are perverting justice! The police, politicians, judiciary, and administrators of government are conspiring against the citizens. Citizens have the constitutional authority to investigate corruption and establish justice.

All citizens who have evidence or reports of crimes, violations of oath of office, or sabotage of justice by elected or appointed officials are encouraged to report their information to the Nashville Citizen’s Grand Jury. That last line in the notice might have been a mistake. Of course, those who knew the situation immediately guessed who the “member of the Tennessee Bar” was. By May 13th Leo was back in jail. We heard from Leo again on May 20th was able to send this email: “Help! On the 13th, I was arrested again by the Nashville PD without Probable Cause and falsely imprisoned, first at the Metro Jail, then I was taken to Nashville General Hospital where I was physically and mentally abused. My blood pressure medication was withheld from me for 38 hours. Then, I was taken to Middle Tennessee Mental Health Institute where they repeated tried to force me to take anti-psychotic medications.”

I live in south Florida. I felt powerless to help. However, I was able to determine that the Mental Health Professionals did their jobs according to the book, and Leo was released as “not being a danger to himself or others.” However, Leo couldn’t go home. Leo’s neighbors had contacted Leo’s wife right after he was arrested and told them that the Neighborhood Association was going to place a lien on her home and take the house away from her if she did not file a restraining order against Leo so that he could not return home. Leo took up residence in a Holiday Inn. Things were really getting nasty.

Leo was rearrested in September and this time his bond was revoked. This is where he remains:

The charges against Leo were dropped, or soon will be, because Leo's wife withdrew her allegation.· Without skipping a beat Leo, was then charged with molesting his 11 year old daughter. One of his neighbors is a social worker, and I suspect her of involving the authorities. Child abuse accusations can be made anonymously without the accused ever knowing who the accuser was.· Both the wife and daughter told the truth, and these charges were dropped.·

One of Leo’s enemies filed a false charge of vehicular assault – This was the same woman I suspect of making the false charge of molestation - no witness – no injuries – but they managed to get Leo arrested have him admitted to a mental health institution. Leo properly refused all medications without being informed as to what the official diagnosis was. There was none.· The doctors said he wasn’t a danger to himself or anyone else, and released him· Next he was re-arrested on the vehicular assault charge and they revoked his bail· That is why he is in jail now. Leo continues to resist their attempts to administer drugs to him without a diagnosis. This has an uncanny resemblance to the plight of political prisoners in Russia back a few decades ago.

This is the situation in the Al Farooq Youth Center (registered as a homeschool). I went to the school which is located at 1617 4th Ave Southt just down the street from the masjid at 1421 4th Ave South. The kids attend school from 8 am around noon they go to the mosque for lunch and prayers. Then they go (by van) back to the school (it is run like a typical madrasa dineyeh) they stay at the school til about 3pm. Then they go to the mosque for a meal and prayers around 3:30. The parents come to meet the kids at the mosque. They will stay at the mosque for the 5:30 and 6:30 prayers and then go home. During the time that the kids are in the school, they study Arabic and hadith and some reading in English and math although I found that most of the kids, even those born in the USA speak English with a heavy accent that is difficult to understand. On Saturday and Sunday, the kids and teenagers going to highschool meet at the mosque at 8am to study Qur'an and hadith. At 12:30 they pray. etc.

--The normal reaction from LE is to ignore because the masjid is called a 'religious organization'. --If a 3rd grader at a public school were to write a note advising his friends to kill people, the school would be locked down, the SWAT team would immediately be sent out, and the local Prosecutors office would file charges against the child. In this case we have adults at Al Farooq doing this, but hiding behind 'religion'.

Corruption in Tennesee and Nashville government, courts, and law enforcement

I am in Tennessee. Thank you for posting those videos and trying to attract the attention of the legislature. BUT the state is corrupt . Women are abused by judges, children are in danger but nothing is done. The prosecutor's, by obligation, is a special mind, coiled snake quick, bullying, devious, unrelenting, forever baited to ensnare. It is devoted to misleading, and by instinct dotes on confusion and flourishes on weakness. Its search is for ordinary blemishes it can present as festering boils, its obligation is to raise doubts or sour with suspicion. It asks questions not to learn the truth but to convict, and can read guilt into the most innocent of answers. Its hope, its aim, its triumph, is to addle a witness by tricking, exhausting, or irritating him into a verbal indiscretion which sounds like a damaging admission. To natural lapses of memory it gives the appearance either of stratagems for hiding misdeeds, or worse still, of lies dark and deliberate. Feigned and wheedling politeness, sarcasm that scalds, intimidation, surprise and besmirchment by innuendo, association or suggestion, at the same time that any intention to besmirch is denied. . . all these as methods and devices are such staples in the prosecutor's repertoire that his depraved mind returns to them again and again as a dog returns to his vomit. Eventually, by imperceptible degrees, he loses all decency and renders himself unfit for any human community, his professional skills having robbed him of his soul.

The facts are being hidden by the authorities. We are using private investigators to find out what we can. We will not release our research until it is nailed down tight.

The "unconfirmed and unofficial story goes like this:

Leo is an entertainment attorney in Nashville.

Nashville is a liberal enclave in an otherwise moderate to conservative state.

Leo was an active Democrat and worked on Democratic candidates campaigns until Obama came along.

Leo has acquired some powerful enemies by being anti-Obama and attempting to expose local corruption.

When Leo began his anti-Obama activates and began advising Citizen Grand Juries his enemies amplified their animosity toward him.

Leo had some marriage problems which his enemies exploited by pressuring his wife to file abuse charges against him.

After Leo was arrested Leo’s wife had the integrity and courage to resist and decided to "out" the people who were pressured her to file the false charges and sent this email to the Nashville DA:

I would appreciate it if you and Nashville District Attorney Torry Johnson would investigate Mr. Horst.

I am in possession of further documentation about Leo's wife being pressured to file false charges and my wife and I have interviewed Leo's wife thoroughly.

The people who are trying to harass Leo are neighbors and they used the Neighborhood Association to threaten Leo's wife that they would file a lien and take her house away if she didn't file a charge against Leo. Leo's wife is now being represented by counsel so she isn't likely to fall for that kind of pressure again. Leo arranged for her to have counsel while he was in jail.

· The charges against Leo were dropped or soon will be because Leo's wife withdrew her allegation.

· Without skipping a beat Leo was then charged with molesting his 11 year old daughter. One of his neighbors is a social worker and I suspect her of involving the authorities. Child abuse accusations can be made anonymously without the accused ever knowing who the accuser was.

· Both the wife and daughter told the truth and these charges were dropped.

· One of Leo’s enemies filed a false charge of vehicular assault – This was the same woman I suspect of making the false charge of molestation - no witness – no injuries – but they managed to get Leo arrested have him admitted to a mental health institution. Leo properly refused all medications without being informed as to what the official diagnosis was.

· The doctors said he wasn’t a danger to himself or anyone else and released him

· Next he was re-arrested on the vehicular assault charge and they revoked his bail

· That is why he is in jail now. Leo continues to resist attempts to administer drugs to him with out a diagnosis. I know this sounds like political prisoners in Russia back a few decades ago.

Caution: I live in Florida and my only sources are Leo, his wife, and his daughter who I communicate with regularly. I may not have all the details straight.

I have recently come into possession of this outdated official document.

This info was sent to me from someone researching Leo Haffey's arrest.

According to someone at the jail the charges match up with domestic abuse incidents

occurring on April 29, 30 & May 11, 13, 25.

In the mean time Leo needs to be out of jail so he can assist with his defense. He can't access his asset. He can't access his law books. He doesn't have a computer. His connections with the outside world are being restricted or blocked entirely. Local attorneys are refusing to represent him or are untrustworthy.

Admittedly I am in a minimum security cell block, but I only see a handful of the 50+ who deserve to be in Prison. Far too many are falsely accused and many other simply have mental problems that make it impossible for them to navigate the Helter-Skelter Brothers Johnson “judicial” system. I trust that good Patriotic Americans like the 2 million who marched on DC on 9/12 will be appalled by what they see of Brothers, Johnson, Dean & Serpas. As I have always said, the seemingly petty crimes of the crooked politicians of Nashville will make Watergate look like an insignificance. Can you imaging the audacity of letting the BO campaign steal computers from the Nashville Election Commission and then covering it up, not to mention covering up for the child molesters at Al Farooq? I am shocked at the level of corruption in the “legal” system in Nashville. I never dreamed it was this bad. The Duke Lacrosse case pales in comparison and the North Carolina Supreme Court did the right thing, and disbarred DA Nifong. It is so perverse and entrenched here that the reckoning will be very long and messy and don’t have time for it. If I had known 25 yrs ago what I know now, I would never have moved here.

I am ready to go public with all I have on Brothers, Dean, Serpas & Johnson. I will not tolerate having my family, especially, my 11 year old daughter, terrorized by these criminals. I tried to give Terry Johnson a chance to do the right thing. All he did was ignore the child molestation of BO supporters at Al Farooq, as you know. I can’t fathom why he would want to continue to cover up those crimes but I will not. I feel it is my Duty to our Country to do everything I can to protect our Constitution. At this point my primary motivation is to prevent my daughter from having to grow up in a country without Liberty; a country with no Civil Rights. I am prepared to stay in jail until my case is fully publicized nationally. Life outside of jail is no better than life inside jail if we have no Bill of Rights. The criminals in charge of the present government will simply arrest you wout probably cause if you exercise your rights. No Free Speech, Assembly, etc. as they did with me. I never imagined that I would be a Political Prisoner in America. If I had known how diabolical these criminals are I would have simply left the US. It is clearly too late for that now & I fear that the fears of Patriots are about to be realized. I believe that the Citizens Grand Jury is the best, and indeed the only way to restore order, and I hope the CGJ’s are continuing to flourish, according to the Texas model.

So, feel free to publish any and all of the content of my prior emails, letters, posts & comments. It is my most sincere hope that my writings have inspired a few good men & women to save our National form this dangerous peril.

Let me emphasize again that the Nashville Judicial System is a Mother Lode for lawsuits for malicious prosecution cases. I am collecting names of other individuals who are innocent and being maliciously prosecuted by the DA, Torry Johnson. As you know, Johnson refused to prosecute known child molesters who were associated with the BO campaign in Nashville. Yet he prosecutes innocent men, based upon false accusations by disreputable people. Also he is covering up for the theft of two computers from the Nashville election commission by the BO campaign…

… The tipping point seemed to e when I wrote about Citizen Grand Juries and exposed DA Torry Johnson’s cover up of Sex Crimes at Al Farooq. Despite all the hardship that has befallen me, I am glad that I spoke out for a peaceful revolution for our Legal Systems. I have just now realized how horribly corrupt the Legal System is.

I am going to need an out of state attorney. The local attorneys are more or less controlled by the DA & the judges. Lin Woods of Atlanta, Ga is a good one. He defended Richard Jewell, the man who was falsely accused of the Atlanta Olympic Bombing. I will want to have a change of venue to Chattanooga, Tn, since Tom Brothers & DA Johnson are known for rigging juries.

Another issue for which I may be able to get some support for the NRA, of which I am a member, is that when I was arrested in May, the police confiscated my 12 guage shotgun & my hunting rifle from my home in Nashville without my permission….

My case should be a warning to Grand Jurors who want to go pubic; DON’T! Just get the Indictments, serve them on the foreman of the Conventional Grand Jury & on the judiciary and the press ANONYMOUSLY! They can’t arrest you if they don’t know who you are!

Oct 6, 2009 Sam speaks: We got a call today from Leo in prison saying he received notification that they will not deliver any of his mail to him. Thus far he has been able to send mail, which has been stamped “unopened.”

Leo's Gulag Situation

Leo’s jailers have blocked Leo’s phone calls to me at my clinic phone number. Leo’s wife was able to get my fax number to Leo and for the time being I can answer the phone before the fax turns on and Leo is able to get through to me that way.

He called just now and informed me that his jailers are blocking my letters to him. I have no way of knowing how long Leo will be able to call my fax line until the jail catches on and block’s that number as well.

Please read the post below for more information about the gulag type situation Leo is facing.

Two things are vitally important that need to be done ASAP. Only a lawyer can take care of those two things.

Once Leo is out of jail he can take over his own defense. That is why they are restricting his communication and revoking his bond.

The big obstacle to accomplishing these things is that I can not find a local Nashville attorney to represent Leo. They are all saying “no”! I won’t guess at their motives for refusing legal services to Leo.

Someone, somewhere, who is a lawyer who still cares about justice needs to intervene.

Leo Haffey Update - October 3 - Nashville Jail

Leo has no access to his records. No access to a computer. No access to his law books. Even paper is hard to come by. He writes to me long hand and every square inch of the paper is used. Below is a motion to the court that Leo wrote on one side of a precious piece of paper. The motion was heard. The judge recused herself and the hearing was continued. So, one small victory for Leo.

We will be transcribing some of Leo's handwritten notes and posting them later today.

Our Founding Fathers gave We the People the Fourth Branch of Government, the Citizens Grand Jury, in Our Bill of Rights.

These 12 Simple Steps are the way for Patriots to keep control of the Government and to Clean up Corruption in Washington:

1) Advertise and Promote the Fact that you are forming a Grand Jury in Blogs, Local Newspapers and Community Organizations.

2) Form the Grand Jury and select a Foreman.

3) Select a Private Attorney General to make Presentments to Grand Jury, if local DA refuses to make presentments.

4) Select a convenient Meeting Place.

5) Communicate with all Citizens who have criminal information to present.

6) Schedule presentments by said Citizens.

7) Subpoena documents from Government Offices and Officials.

8) Schedule presentment of said Documents to Grand Jury by Grand Jury Attorney General.

9. Have Grand Jury Attorney General present said Documents to Grand Jury.

10) After investigation and deliberation is completed, vote and issue a True Bill (Indictment) or No True Bill.

11 Announce all Indictments to the Press.

12) Serve the Indictment on the Judiciary for the Issuance of Arrest Warrants.

Our Privilege, Our Right & Our Duty

We were blessed from our beginning as a Nation under God. Our Founding Fathers bestowed on We the People the most profound privileges in the history of mankind. In Our Declaration of Independence, Our Founding Fathers succinctly stated our basic rights: "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."

As with all Privileges and Rights, Duty comes. In the 233 years of our existence as a Nation by the people, we have lost sight of our Duty. I am as guilty as anyone of wanting to have the privileges and rights without having to perform the duty, but all of that changed for all of us on January 20, 2009. On that infamous date, a puppet of the puppet masters, alien to Our Constitution, was inaugurated as the 44th "President" of the United States of America.

The Socialists, Communists and others alien to Our Country and Our Cause say that this "change" to our Nation is forever, but is that so? I don't think so.

To dispel that alien notion of "change," We the People need look no further than the Preamble of the Constitution of the United States, “We the people of the United States in order to form a more perfect Union… do ordain and establish this constitution for the United States of America.” Thus, “we the people,” individually, are established as one party among many to a contract binding upon the executors of this contract, our Constitution.

Who then are the executors of this contract with the people?

An executor of the Constitutional Contract is anyone and everyone who takes Oath to be bound by our Constitution becomes a party to this agreement.

Foremost among the parties counterbalanced upon this executory contract is the President of the United States, the Chief Executive or Executor of the Constitutional Contract.

When is the President bound to this contract, our Constitution, immediately, upon the taking of the Oath? In the instant case, Barack Hussein Obama became bound to our Constitutional Contract on January 20, 2009.

As succinctly stated by Chief Justice Marshall in the landmark case of Marbury v. Madison, “If a persons duty is backed by law and not by political in nature, then he becomes subject of the law and is examinable by the court.” Thus, Barack Hussein Obama having bound himself contractually by law to our Constitutional Contract is subject to the jurisdiction of the law.

Furthermore from Marbury, “Specific duty is assigned by law and individual rights depend upon the performance of that duty, it seems equally clear, that the individual who considers himself injured, has the right to resort to the laws of his country for a remedy. The question whether a right has vested or not, in its nature, judicial and must be tried by the judicial authority.” This means that anyone that can show that they were injured by BO’s actions has a right to sue him for said injury.

Most of the eligibility cases have focused on the “individual injured” theory which is an inherently weak legal argument in terms of present day law and a case involving the President of the United States, particularly in terms of getting standing.

Consequently, most of the cases previously filed have been dismissed for lack of standing. Simply stated, the lawyers did not include Plaintiffs who had a present contractual right or detriment recognized by law; or, the lawyers did not include Defendants who owed a present duty to the Plaintiffs or had somehow injured the Plaintiffs.

As you might have concluded, a Marbury argument overcomes the standing problem in that, all citizens got standing by the contractual commitment that Barrack Hussein Obama made to us all on January 20, 2009.

When the right case with the right Plaintiffs (with standing) and the right Defendants (with a duty owed to Plaintiffs) is brought in a Court with jurisdiction, then the case will be heard.

In SCOTUS, I dare say there is already a majority theoretically inclined to rule for the proper Plaintiffs. It is, after all, the Constitution which the Supremes are all sworn to uphold. Moreover, the Supreme Court Justices are all “just” citizens of this Great Nation, and it is arguable the BO is not even a citizen and it is certain that BO is not Natural Born in the USA.

Now, you might think that this lawyer's restatement of the words of Our Founding Father's are high minded, but what can I as a single Citizen do to help take my Country back from those who aim to destroy it.

This is what We the People can do:

As provided by Our Founding Fathers in Our Bill of Rights, the first 10 Amendments to Our Constitution, Patriots can form Grand Juries to exercise self governance and take Our Country back from those who aim to destroy it.

In the First Amendment, we the People are given the unalienable right "peaceably to assemble and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

In the Fifth Amendment, we the people are given the right to make a "presentment" of criminal charges against corrupt government officials. Historically, a presentment was used when a prosecutor or district attorney would not seek an indictment against a government official. Thus, you see, our Founding Fathers vested we the people with the power to prosecute corrupt government officials without intervention by judges or government attorneys.

In the Ninth Amendment, it is unequivocally stated that, "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."

In the Tenth Amendment, it is clearly stated, "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution...are reserved...to the people."

What does that mean in the context of the power of Citizen Grand Jurors?

Simply stated it means that Citizens can form Grand Juries with or without the consent of any branch of the Judiciary, Federal or State.

Furthermore, it means that any and all Federal or State Rules or Laws of Criminal Procedure are unconstitutional to the extent that they limit the formation of Citizen Grand Juries to prior or post approval by any Branch of the Judiciary, Federal or State.

It gets better for the Power of the People over Our Judiciary in the Eleventh Amendment, "The Judicial power of the United States shall not be construed to extend to any suit in law or equity, commenced or prosecuted against one of the United States by Citizen of another State..."

In reading the Eleventh Amendment as it pertains to Citizens Grand Juries, one must remember the legal context under which it was written. At the time of the ratification of the Eleventh Amendment, most Criminal prosecutions were commenced by Citizens utilizing the services of private Citizen Attorneys. You see, Our Founding Fathers never intended for us to be subjugated and controlled by district attorneys and judges. Quite the contrary, Our Founding Fathers intended for We the People to have control over Our Judiciary by action of the Fourth Branch of Government, the Citizens Grand Jury.

Seen in its true, original context, the Eleventh Amendment clearly states that Citizens can form Federal or State Grand Juries without interference by the Federal Government. Furthermore, the Citizen Grand Juries can subpoena any and all of Barack Hussein Obama's personal records held in any State or Federal Government Office or Department and said Office or Department is compelled by the Supreme Law of the Land, Our Constitution, to produce said records for said Grand Juries.

Remember Patriots, the case against Barack Hussein Obama will be over in Discovery, therefore, let us commence with Our Discovery of the Truth regarding the suspect commonly known to us Citizens as Barack Hussein Obama of unknown Citizenship, Allegiance and Alliances.
